ConsentGuard is currently in a preview release. By signing up and using the service, you agree to the following:
The service is provided "as is" during the preview period. Functionality, pricing, limits, and availability may change without notice.
You will not (a) attempt to disrupt or overload the service, (b) use it for unlawful purposes, (c) attempt to access data belonging to other users, or (d) reverse-engineer the SDK or backend.
The service enforces per-API-key rate limits to prevent abuse. Limits may be adjusted during the preview period.
You are responsible for the data you send through the service. Do not submit personally identifiable information (PII), payment card data, or other regulated data through the SDK during the preview period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are abusing the service.
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service during the preview period.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
